What is LPG® Medical?
LPG Medical leads in innovative rehabilitation with products like the Huber 360® Evolution and Cellu M6 Alliance® Medical. The Huber 360® Evolution has transformed physiotherapy for over 20 years, offering assessment, physical rehabilitation, and sport recovery for all patients. It effectively addresses over 90% of pathologies, particularly benefiting conditions related to the ankle, knee, hip, shoulder, back, and neurological systems.
The Cellu M6 Alliance® Medical targets connective tissue transformations, circulatory disorders, and muscular pathologies naturally and painlessly. By mechanically stimulating the skin, it restores fluid flow, accelerates vascularization, and boosts collagen and elastin production. These treatments significantly reduce symptoms like inflammation and muscle tension, enhancing patients' overall well-being and quality of life.
65% reduction of risk of breast cancer-related lymphedema thanks to physiotherapy
Physiotherapy plays a crucial role in reducing the risk of breast cancer-related lymphedema (BCRL). In a study, women who received physiotherapy following an educational program had a significantly lower BCRL rate of 7.7%, compared to 18.6% in those who did not receive any intervention. This underscores the effectiveness of physiotherapy in enhancing recovery and minimizing complications after breast cancer surgery.

Using LPG post-mastectomy
In a study of 108 breast cancer survivors post-mastectomy, researchers aimed to investigate the effects of mechanical stimulation on scar appearance, arm function, and quality of life. Participants were randomized into an experimental group receiving conventional treatment plus mechanical stimulation for six weeks, and a control group receiving only conventional treatment. The results indicated significant improvements in scar quality and function, measured by the Vancouver Scar Scale and DASH questionnaire, with benefits lasting three months. The findings suggest that mechanical stimulation enhances recovery compared to conventional therapy alone, with no reported adverse effects.

Improving Breast Reconstruction with Endermologie After Mastectomy
A pilot study published in the Breast Journal found that Endermologie, a treatment by LPG SYSTEMS, can help women prepare for breast reconstruction after mastectomy and radiotherapy. The study involved 65 women, with some receiving Endermologie to improve their skin before surgery. Those who used Endermologie had better results, receiving more fat during the procedure and experiencing fewer complications. The authors believe this treatment could lead to improved outcomes in breast reconstruction and may become a standard practice in the future.
